 If you require power for your stand, you must select this add-on at the time of booking.

๐Ÿ”น Public Liability Insurance โ€“ $285 CASH for 3 Expos (Mandatory unless you have your own)
 As a legal requirement, all exhibitors must have public liability insurance. If you do not provide proof of coverage, you will automatically be charged for this insurance.

Terms & Conditions

No Cancellations or Refunds
All bookings are final. Once a stand is secured, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Inability to Attend
If you are unable to attend the expo due to unforeseen circumstances, you must notify Dennis Hall at 0412 453 241 as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows, regardless of the reason, including illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or unforeseen events. We strongly recommend arranging a backup representative to manage your stand on your behalf.

Non-Transferable Bookings
Each expo is a separate event, and bookings cannot be transferred to another expo date. If you are unable to attend, you may resell your stand or donate it to a not-for-profit organization or charity. Please notify the organizers in advance if you choose to transfer your stand to another party.

Changes to Venue or Date
In the event that the venue or date needs to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will provide ample notice. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, no refund will be provided. However, a credit note will be issued, allowing you to participate in an alternate expo within the same calendar year.

Expo Postponement
If an expo is postponed, no refunds will be issued. However, you will receive a credit note valid for participation in another expo scheduled within the same year. The organizers will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
